Hungarian Sausage Rigatoni

Prep Time: 35 min Cook Time: 45  min  Servings: 6-8  INGREDIENTS 500g Aguila Gourmet Meats Hungarian Sausage 500g Pasta Rigatoni 3 Tbsp Olive oil 2 pcs Garlic cloves, minced 1 pc Red bell pepper, chopped 2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped 3 Packs (250g) Tomato Sauce ¼ Cup Cheddar Cheese  INSTRUCTIONS Cook Hungarian sausage according to package directions.  Cut 1/4-inch pieces and set aside. Cook rigatoni according to package direction. Drain and set aside. Sautee garlic in olive oil until golden brown for about 30 seconds. Add chopped red peppers to the pan, cook and stir for about 2 minutes until tender. Add sausage, stir in tomato pasta sauce. Add pasta; toss to combine. Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese!

Italian Caprese Skewer

Prep Time:   15 min Cook Time: 15 min Servings: 4-6 INGREDIENTS 500g Aguila Gourmet Meats Italian Garlic 250g Cherry Tomatos 250g mozzarella balls 100g pack fresh basil leaves 24 small skewers, wooden Extra virgin olive oil * Balsamic vinegar *black pepper and salt to taste INSTRUCTIONS Thaw and cook sausage according to the package instructions on a fry pan. Cut each sausage into 1/2inch thick pieces. Assemble each skewer alternating ingredient first cherry tomato, basil leaf, mozzarella ball and last sausage. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with some balsamic vinegar after arranging on a platter.

Schublig Omelet

Prep Time:  15  min Cook Time: 10  min Servings: 1-2 INGREDIENTS 125g Aguila Gourmet Meats Schublig Sausage, sliced 2 large eggs 1 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup tomatoes, sliced 1/3 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated Salt and pepper to taste Chives for garnish INSTRUCTIONS In a small bowl whisk 2 eggs and set aside.
