What products do you sell?
We have a variety of products in our portfolio. We have a wide selection of meat & deli products, fruit concentrates and powdered juices, healthy coffee and sweeteners, and the best ice cream and dairy products.
Do I need to create a log-in account before I can order?
It’s not necessary. But creating a log-in account will enable you to monitor your order history and it will keep your data/information in our system (i.e., shipping address, e-mail and mobile number). This will eliminate the need for you to input these information for succeeding purchases.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, but if your order is less than P1,000, we will be charging a delivery fee of P150 (only applicable for Baguio and La Trinidad areas)
How do I know that my order went through?
After you have completed the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, if the stocks in our site is not enough for your order, you may send us an e-mail and we will process your order separately depending on the availability of the products.
What if I want to order an item that is already sold-out?
Kindly send us a message on the item/s that you wish to order, we can suggest an alternative or make your order available in our next stock replenishment.
How do I become a partner or reseller?
Kindly send us a message and we will send you the list of requirements.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver within Baguio and La Trinidad areas. For delivery in other provinces, we can check if it’s possible to ship the items in your location via courier, and its corresponding shipping fee. Shipping rates would vary depending on location, order size, or weight.
When will you deliver the order?
Orders received from 8am to 4pm will be processed the same day, and will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days (lead time helps us manage volume of orders, availability of stocks and delivery route planning).
For Bank to Bank (BPI/BDO), GCash and Paymaya payment transactions, kindly send us a copy of the proof of payment at least one day prior to delivery. You can send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation through email or messenger.
How much is the delivery or shipping rates?

Can I pick-up my order?
Yes, you can pick-up your order at our Camp 7, Baguio office. We will inform you once your order is ready for pick-up.
Can I make changes on my order after it has been confirmed and paid for?
If you have already paid your order through Paypal checkout, we will not be able to change your order. However, if the payment method you choose is either COD, GCash, Paymaya or Bank to Bank transfer, we can still edit your order. You just need to message us in order for us to manually edit your order.
How will I be informed of the shipment/delivery?
If you have fully paid your order, you shall receive a delivery confirmation via email or text. Our delivery crew will get in touch with you prior to delivery. For Baguio and La Trinidad areas, delivery time will be from 10am to 4pm (Monday to Friday except Holidays).
What payment methods do you accept?
You may choose between BPI & BDO bank transfer/deposit, GCash, Paymaya and Paypal.
Until when can I pay for my order?
Payment should be made within two (2) days after placing the order unless the payment method chosen is COD. If no payment has been made after two (2) days, your order will be cancelled.
What if I have issues with my credit card payment?
Please coordinate and have this checked with your bank.
I made a payment, but have not received any confirmation email or SMS? What should I do?
Kindly message us with the following details: order number, date of transaction, total amount paid and a copy of your payment confirmation.
Can I return an order?
We will only accept returns due to product quality issues and packaging defects.
What do I do if I have an issue with the item I received ? (i.e., damaged item delivered / incorrect)
Please advise us by sending us a message through e-mail or messenger.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If we sent you a wrong item than what you ordered, kindly send us a message and we will replace it accordingly. If you changed your mind about your order after receiving it, please be reminded that all items delivered in good condition are final.
