Delivery & Shipping Guidelines

  1. Delivery is currently available within BAGUIO and LA TRINIDAD only.
  2. Delivery Promo: get free delivery for orders amounting to P1,000 & above within BAGUIO and LA TRINIDAD.
  3. For orders less than P1,000, a fixed delivery fee of P150 will be charged (delivery within BAGUIO & LA TRINIDAD only).
  4. Delivery to nearby areas/provinces may be considered. We will get in touch with you if we can service your area. Delivery or Shipping Rates would vary depending on location, order size, or weight.
  5. Orders received from 8am to 4pm will be processed the same day, and will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days (lead time helps us manage volume of orders, availability of stocks and delivery route planning).
  6. Delivery time will be from 10am to 4pm (Monday to Friday). Our delivery crew will get in touch with you prior to delivery.
  7. Kindly indicate in the special instruction section any additional info that will assist our delivery crew to easily locate your home or office address (i.e. nearest landmark / color of gate / the location of your house on the street (pang-ilang bahay).
  8. For Bank to Bank (BPI/BDO), GCash and Paymaya payment transactions, kindly send us a copy of the proof of payment at least one day prior to delivery. You can send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation through email or messenger.
  9. If payment is not confirmed within 2 days after placing an order, the order will be cancelled.
  10. For COD payments, we would appreciate if you can prepare the exact amount. In case you would need a change, kindly let us know ahead of time so that we can prepare it.
