500g Aguila Gourmet Meats Italian Garlic
250g Cherry Tomatos
250g mozzarella balls
100g pack fresh basil leaves
24 small skewers, wooden
Extra virgin olive oil
* Balsamic vinegar
*black pepper and salt to taste
- Thaw and cook sausage according to the package instructions on a fry pan.
- Cut each sausage into 1/2inch thick pieces.
- Assemble each skewer alternating ingredient first cherry tomato, basil leaf, mozzarella ball and last sausage.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with some balsamic vinegar after arranging on a platter.
