Aguila Hungarian
It is smoked, fine in texture, with a reddish-orange color named after the Hungarian City of Debrecen. It is generously seasoned with peppercorn and paprika. It contains tiny pieces of suspended pork fat. It’s an absolute crowd pleaser when served in a sausage platter with mustard.
